When you register your r1, you also may choose to provide additional information to facilitate your use of r1, including:
- Authorization credentials for your accounts on third-party services you choose to enable on your r1 such as music and photo services;
- Contact lists, including contact lists you import from third-party services or apps;
- Fitness and wellness information, such as age, weight, height, wellness goals, and nutrition/dietary information. We are working to develop features to help support your wellness goals. These features are not yet available, but you can choose to opt in and provide any of the details.
- Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you that you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide. When we send you emails, we may track whether you open them to learn how to deliver a better customer experience and improve our Services.
- Order information. If you make a purchase through our Services, we may collect information about your order, such as name, email address, mailing address, phone number, order history, payment information, and other information you choose to provide.
- Input. If you use functions made available by r1, we may collect information about your input such as your chat input, photos, videos, or any other content provided to r1 for processing purpose.
- Careers. If you decide that you wish to apply for a job with rabbit, you may submit your contact information and your resume online. We will collect the information you choose to provide on your resume, such as your education and employment experience. You may also apply through LinkedIn and similar websites. If you do so, we will collect the information you make available to us on LinkedIn and similar websites.

Information We Collect When You Use Our Services.
- Location Information. When you use our Services, we infer your general location information, for example by using your internet protocol (IP) address used to access our website. When you use r1, we collect and use precise geolocation data (e.g., using GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth signals, and other device information) to support the Services provided or otherwise made available to you in connection with r1.
- Device Information. We receive information about the device and software you use to access our Services, including IP address, web browser type, operating system version, phone carrier and manufacturer, device identifiers and similar information.
- Usage Information. To help us understand how you use our Services and to help us improve them, we automatically receive information about your interactions with our Services, like the pages or other content you view, the searches you conduct (e.g., on our website or on r1), the activities you perform (such as log details from calls and texts using r1), and the dates and times of your activities.

For example, we may receive information about you from the third-party telecom provider that supports your r1. You also may have the option of creating accounts with certain third-party services and enabling those services on your r1 (“Experiences”), and we may receive information about you from those third-party services. For example, if you choose to integrate your r1 with your Google account, we will receive your personal contacts data from your Google account via Google APIs in order to enable communication between you and your personal contacts. All such data is stored in encrypted format on our servers and subject to access control measures. rabbit’s use and transfer to any other service of information received from Google’s APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Other third parties. We may receive additional information about you, such as demographic data, from third parties such as data or marketing partners and combine it with other information we have about you.
Legal Basis for Processing Your Personal Data
The lawful basis varies depending on the specific use of the personal data by us. Our legal basis for processing your personal data may include:
- Performance of Contracts. We may process your personal data when providing services or communicating with you about services, including creating or maintaining your account, processing your orders and payments, and providing customer services.
